This Policy applies to TIK TUBE Site/ App platforms including without limitation www.tiktube.in and other related Site/s or App/s, mobile applications, and other online features each a “Site/s or App/s”. We have provided extensive information for you to view the packages before choosing to subscribe to us. We do not accept any payment directly instead of we use a payment gateway to accept all payments. Also provide that we don't store any personal data including card details, Bank Account Numbers, etc. As we use a payment gateway for all transactions so that we have to pay a certain amount including tax to the payment gateway company.  All the channel owner will get their payments by this payment gateway medium, so before payment kindly check all our free videos, premium videos, and other policies, because without any major reason your payment is not subjected to refundable at all. So we are not responsible for any of your payments, all the liability regarding payment is up to you.

WHEN CAN YOU ACCESS TO YOUR REFUND:

1) If a user purchases coins for watching a particular video and somehow that video got deleted then the user will get the refund of the coins not the money he/she purchased with.

2) Request for Refund should be apply within 24 hrs. after that the request will be verify by us and it will processed to your wallet immediately.  

TIKTUBE WILL PROVIDE A REFUND IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

 

1) Product Breakdown: Requirements that a client report an issue of malfunction to@tiktube.inwhile their service is still in the action, with the goal that the breakdown can be checked. 

2) Proof of Purchasing : The client must give evidence of the affirmation email to demonstrate that they purchased the coin. 

3) In the events of any video disapproval due to the language support issue, the amount charged from the client will be duly refunded.

4) If the client changes his/her mind after the submission of the promotion request on our website, then the video will not be promoted due to the cancellation of request. The amount charged will be refunded as well.  

 

CANCELLATION 

 

In any circumstances we find our product is been misused and thereafter any complaint from credit card company, Bank or any other authority competent by law, we may cancel your subscription or coupon and your payment will be forfeited with prior notice or email you for your misconduct. We may also serve you cause notice for defaming, misrepresentation caused.
